paid support, anyone?

I corresponded with Alex who says that he is far from having documentation complete and that he does not provide paid support.

Is there anyone on this forum that considers themselves an expert on the grid widget? Or at least proficient? I'll pay $20 per question cash via PayPal for anyone that is willing to answer questions on promptly on an ongoing basis.

I'd like to commit to using the grid in my project, but can't do so until I know I've got some kind of support in place.
