Control scroll bar

My grid has ten columns, to view 10th column contents, I has to move horizontal scroll bar to the most right side, when I sort the 10th column, the page will be refreshed, and the horizontal scroll bar will be automatically moved to the most left side, and this is NOT I want, what I want is to have the scroll bar in the previous position (in this case, the most right side).
Any clues or solutions?
