Difference between Standard & Professional Version

Can anybody tell me What is the difference between a Standard ($395) and a Professsional Version ($950) and a site-license ($2450) ?

But you have not compared Standard ($395) with Site-License($2450).
ie., whether or not Standard is also browser independant ?

The developer license ($395) and site license ($2450) apply to the same code but offer different licensing terms - the developer license allows using the code by one developer only and the site license allows using the code by all developers in a single location.
