Text Popup

I've seen code but cant find what i need exactly close but not yet. i have more text than the cell will hold and it does the (...) but i need when you click it it will expand and show all the text in an uneditable textbox or something, or i need a popup window with the text in the popup. i am using 1.0.2 and using a tabbed text file.
