How to lock the position of a modal window

ANYONE PLEASE HELP, HOW WILL I MAKE MY MODAL WINDOW OR CHILD WINDOW STICK TO The using javascript LOCATION I WANT IT TO BE AND MAKING IT NOT DRAGGABLE
