spanning a column heading over two columns of data

Any ideas on how to expand a column heading to cover its own column of data and the next one or two columns of related data??

The true multi column headings are not supported in this grid (unless someone did it already :-) I would rather suggest to have one actual column but put two data items inside (as HTML), so it appears like two columns (with fixed percentage split).
