scrollbar width

Hi All

I am just visiting your forum in an attempt to find a solution for controlling the width of a scrollbar in an HTML file. From what I know it is not possible to control the width of a scrollbar with CSS so I am now appealing to JavaScript code for that.

I am not a developer so I need to "see" the code to actually be able to use it. Do you happen to know a way to achieve this?
