check box

I am loading data as xml in grid, I want to make 1st column as check box. Can anyone give suggestions. Thanks.

I think you can put somthing like this --

i have tried doing this kind of technique but i was wondering how can you retrieve the values in the chexboxes considering you are putting a form for every instance.

the first instance of the form is the only one being retrieved.
