Multiple lines in a table with input inside

Hi everyone,
I am trying to add inputs into rows of a grid, but when I add some text into the input and then add another row, the text gets erased automatically! is there a way to avoid this?

When you add a row it triggers a grid refresh. It looks like you don't save the data from your input control and it is painted empty on refresh.
