Using button skins to change .csv datasets

Greetings,

I am not sure if this topic has been covered already. If so, my apologies, and point me in the right direction. I want to use the buttons from the xp-skin to change .csv data sets in my grid, and I am not sure of how to go about it. Thanks in advance for the help.
