combo open popup on key-press

Hi,
is possible to open popup in a combo when a key is pressed?

I don't want that the user uses the mouse, instead he can press a F_key
and open popup.

Now my problems are:
how to handle event on a TemplateCombo (ex onKeyF9)
how to open popup when key is pressed
