Remove extra pixels next to scrollbars

Dear all,

I have on both ie and ff a few pixels (2 or 3 next to the scrollbars : on left of vertical scrollbar, and on top of horizontal scrollbar...)

Does anybody know a method to remove those and then have a grid at maximum size??

Yeah, I have seen this also... Why isn't the grid in 100%x100%?
