How to get cell object(instance)?

Now we add oncontextmenu Event on the grid cell.when mouse clicks other area of page, the oncontextmenu must be hidden. we program one template inheriting from Active.Templates.Text,we think to get the cell object(instance) ,if knowing one cell's row nunber and column number now.
