Highlighting all rows of the selected column header

Hi Alex,
Is there any way Highlighting all rows of the selected column header.
Example: I am sorting on Employee column, i want to change the background of only these column of which the header has been clicked.

Look at column resizing procedure in the grid class. You have to do something similar (find document stylesheet and add global css rule) but instead of setting the column size you can set column background color.
