How can I do post grid like HTML forms?

There is an interesting grid:
http://www.telefonica.net/web2/webtress/awsamp/examples/form_valid.html

Is it possible to save the values changed manually in the grid form permenatly? I mean, I want to save values on the grid into my MySQL database again.
Is it possible?
