Can I use Combo boxes as one of the columns?

I have seen that the grid can be made editable, though I did not really understand how. But I would like to ask for a further extended question as whether I can have the cell open as a combo box when user selects or clicks it for Master-Details or reference record population.

My application requires me to use a grid for allowing user to enter line items for an order. What I want to do is make the Part# comeup as a combo box so that user can directly select the part number, and also enter data in another columns.

Is this possible?
