Dynamicaly Uploading text contains on html page

Hi friends ,

I have one text file , which contains long data and getting updated at every half an hour . I want to upload this file in same format as it is on the html page . and as the test file get updated I want that it should also reflect on the html page . So using javascript how can I do , Can anyone please help me ?
