Hide an ID column in version 2.5.5

I found a few topics for previous versions. How can I hide the first (indexed) row in version 2.5.5?

I was not clear enough, I would like to erase the numbers in the first row on the left.

Problem solved, I found it:
obj.setSelectorVisible(false);
