A config file for CSV

Wondering about to put the headers in a separate CSV file.
Has somebody testing to put some other config parameters into it?
(just an ocurrence) ... like:
line 1 - header texts
line 2 - alignement
line3 - formating
4 - ... colors ....etc
( I saw you bussy in xml , I will try xml maybe.... next month)

Nevermind, Tested !
it is even possible to put code pieces, variables, links, and some configuration parameters, so a good option (xml don't "like" extended /special chars, and I need them).
