combo refresh/display problem 2.5.3

Hi,

I have an issue where some users are having problems with a combo drop down list (filled by a http request) is not displayed when they click on the drop down arrow. It seems to be related to internet access/speed. ie. it depends from where they connect.

I've gone through the support forum articles. Is the best solution to increase the popup size delay ie. in 253 it is set at 100. should i just increase it.

Although, it's date indicated relation to versions 2.0.x/2.5.0/2.5.1 ..

thanks for the note. No have not tried it yet. Just waiting to get some confirmation from alex. If thats the proper fix I'll implement but I don't want to implement until I know for sure.

Things work fine from nany of my tests but I've seem some of my users having problems. So its really hard to test.
