jsCalendar display size

UNCLE! Ok I'm new BUT this is silly

I have 2 forms using this a jsCalendar popup...

Both are coded exactly the same BUT one displays it fine and the other blows the columns up two about an inch wide! and I can't for the life of me find how to fix it!

Please can someone help? The ONLY difference is on is within a table so I tried putting the other in a table but no joy... Any ideas???
