AW.UI.Combo not being shown with increased resolution

If I increase monitor's resolution to 1400x1050, the data in the drop down list (AW.UI.Combo is being used for this) is not being shown and it spans the drop down horizontally on the entire screen. I am getting the above issue in the IE 6.0 browser but not in the Mozilla Firefox browser.
