Problem with refresh (refresh != document.write?)

I got a problem, i tryied to use AW.Table with my features using refresh mode (instead write). I got a weird thing, like:

. If i set Toolbar visible and use document.write, toolbar appear.
.If i set Toolbar visible and use refresh mode, toolbar not appear.

Also, im not doing thing like "grid.refresh()", ur component automatic call this function, i just set the Component ID HTML = ID Grid.

Can u help me please?
