Tooltip related

Dear All,

I was wondering how to use tooltips on the grid. I want the rows of my first column to have tooltips. Moreover I am using a XML grid. I saw plenty of examples on array based grid, however need some help for the same for XML.

Can any one post a working example regarding the same.
