Upgrade to 2.0 - lost emails (?)

If anyone was requesting 2.0 upgrade and did not receive the reply from me within 1-2 days - please contact me again and, if possible, give some alternative ways how I can reach you (i.e. another email address or telephone). If you are using spam filter, please check that the emails from activewidgets.com are not filtered out.

I just found two cases where people did not receive my replies, so want to make sure that everyone else is ok.
