License question - using in client websites

I'm trying to decide whether to buy your toolkit. Could you please answer a license question?

If I purchased your Standard Edition, Developer License, could I then use the widget in client websites that I create, or would I have to fork out $395 for every client (an obvious deal-breaker)?

In your license you allow for "including its parts or as a whole into your own product" which would seem to prohibit this, though that's probably not your intention.

I'd suggest changing the word "product" to "work product": "Your own product" suggests that you own it, while "work product" would suggest that you created it.

Doesn't that classify as rebistribution? You may only sell the product once but it is the same thing. But alex should comment :)

the toolkit is licensed per developer - you pay once to purchase the license and then can use the toolkit in all your projects (including work for a client) without additional payments.
