what i need make to block some coluns of my grid to not use the order (sort) function and resize function? is possible? any example to see?

For disabling column-resize on demand, take a look at BT's solution here:
/javascript.forum.8504.7/disabling-column-resizing-in-2.html
and to disable sorting, please do a seach on the forum for "onHeaderClicked".
