You will receive free upgrade to ActiveWidgets 2.6.4 if your original license was purchased on or after January 7, 2013.

Developer License
If the original purchase was made before January 7, 2013 then in order to obtain the latest release you should buy an upgrade license.
This license also includes 1 year of free upgrades starting from the new purchase date.
