V2 How to change adjacent cell value based on the current cell value

I have 3 columns
first is the name
second is the grade
third is a remark pass or fail...

all i want to do is to set the text of the 3ll cell (Pass or Fail)
depending on the numeric value of the 2nd cell <=75 is pass other wise fail

I don't know where to start. I hope you could help with this
