onChange Event for Row Selection

I am looking for a way to fire the onChange event when the a different row is selected. I have created my grid to act pretty much just like a html select box except with activewidgets I have three columns.

I looked into using the setEvent method, but it didnt seem to work for me. I can post my code if needed, but its pretty much just the basics. I started from one of the examples and just added some columns and now am looking to do this.

If anyone can give me a solution or point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.
