how can the column order be changed

Hi,

I am trying to move the coloumn from one position to another

i.e. if for e.g. the columns appear in following way,

Sr. No. Name Address Phone
------- ------ -------- ------

say i want to drag and drop the "phone" column prior to "Address" col.

Sr. No. Name Phone Address
------- ------ ------ --------

how do i do it ?
