PAGING Feature ?

Hi,

Is there anyone who has implemented the PAGING feature in the AW Grid system ?
Or
Is there any kind of built in PAGING feature in the Active Widget Grid?

Problem: I have implemented the Grids in my reporting system, but the number of rows/data is too huge and takes time in response. I thought it would be good if there is already a PAGING feature implemented in the AW System.

I would suggest to use the virtual mode.

The virtual mode causes only visible items to be rendered in the grid, rather than rendering all items in the background at one time. It is marginally useful, as there is an annoying lag as the items are rendered.

I, too, would like to see some feature whereby you only deal with a page of data at a time. I am implementing some Ajax functionality to avoid page refresh, which solves the paging problem, but the problem I am having now is refreshing the grid with the new data. In my first pass, I have simply used DHTML to replace the innerHTML contents of the grid div, and that works, but I then get horrendous scrolling problems (in IE6), so I'm thinking that's not the *correct* way to do that. But now I'm off-topic.
