problems with user using windows 98

hi active widgets, i love your tool! I am having a problem with a user (seems to work for all others). They are running windows 98, ie version 6. No errors are produced, it just sits with the loading image forever and the spreadsheet is never populated. Is there an issue with it not working for windows 98 users? Data is in xml
