where does script go

it says to add code to my script. anywhere? I just added in its own <script> block, but behavior remains the same. is there something else i need to do?

ah, i have
document.onmousemove = respondToMouseMove;
in my scripts and it interferes with the fix.
With older versions of firefox, previous line was fine. With it in newer version, with fix act same as if fix and line were both removed. If line commented out all is well.
Is there a way to modify the fix to allow the given handeler to be used and have resizing of columns work?
