does anybody has experience in creating dynamic array files

I have a requirment to add files name to an javascript array file, every time a new file is created this files needs to be updated with the list of files exisiting in the given folder.
Appreciate if any one has insifgt on this

This is entirely dependant on what server side language you are using to create your web pages. The easiest way might be to use a small PERL script to do it but I do not know PERL. Perhaps someone else might be able to chime in and lend a hand.
