How do I edit the data from the grid?

Please help

I would like to know too! Is there a way to click a specific row and column and provide the ability to edit it.
Then, for example, when the page is submitted, either I can loop over all the elements in the grid to determine what was changed or the grid can somehow tell what was changed and then I can apply those changes to the back-end datasource.
