IE 9 & 10 Col resizing

In IE 9 & 10 if the user has zoom set to anything other than 100% and then tries to drag col sizing it does not work. It is fine in Firefox, Chrome, & Safari.

With some high resolution displays, the zoom is automatically bumped to 125%

Is there anything that can be done?
