Sorting grid based on Date

Hi,

We have Grid control on our application which can contain dates in different languages. If I sort the grid based on English, Chinese dates it is working fine, but if the grid contains Spanish, German, French sorting is not working properly.

Is there something we have to do change in our code to achieve this functionality?
