white space after feezed column while loading

Hi,
i was using AW 2.0 earlier , now switched to 2.5.5 but i have a small prob while loading the grid, on load of the grid a small white space is flickering after the freezed column before the completion of data load in grid.

Can anyone suggest...?

This is the problem of setting dynamic Width for the columns
