change button back ground color

Hi There,

I am using Active Widgets, here i am facing one problem. I have a button inside the grid, i wanna to change the back ground color of the button, but i am not getting the way to solve. can any body help me to come out of this problem and let me know how to change the background color of the button.

The button background is implemented with a .png image - see, for example, \source\styles\xp\button.png
