Is there a way to filter the data like excel

I want to add a filter button on the top of the data grid like excel, which will filter related data based on the drop down list.

Please suggest if there is a way, then only it will work for me. Also, please tell me that is it possible to generate chart (like pie chart) from the accessed data.

For charts, have a look at JSCharts http://www.jscharts.com/ Coding it is very similar to AW and works well with it.

I like amcharts for chart nice and clean and free.
