grid with fixed column & horizontal scroll

Is it possible to have a grid with the first column fixed and in wich
horizontal scroll scrolls entire column (instead of pixel by pixel scroll)?

No, the scrolling is implemented as pixel-by-pixel. However you can intercept onScrollLeftChanging event and adjust the scroll offset so that the columns remain aligned with the left border.
