make the grid 'a bit' like excel

Is there an example anywhere of the grid to be used a little like excel. The only functionality I am after is that every cell to start with is empty, but can be edited. The user can navigate around the grid using the arrow keys in any direction. Once the user has finished entering data, they save it. This for me could just be a string conataing all the data in a .csv format.
