can not apply any event in the 1st row of the Grid

hi,
i have several functionality used in my Grid, but for all the cases one common problem which is happening to me is the first row of the grid is out of all the events that i am enforcing. suppose i am trying to align the text for 50 columns in all the rows through a common javascript function, its aligned for all but 1 st row. i generated a combo box in few columns, the combo is also generated in all the rows except the first row...
can anyone suggest what my be the cause for this, also what is the solution for this..

There should be something wrong in your code. Why don't you post a small example?
