setStyle("#EFEFEF;","background"); not working in IE-6

top.screens.stockList.obj.getRowTemplate(i).setStyle("#EFEFEF;","background");

this line is not executed in IE-6 bt working fine in Mozilla firefox..
anyody plz give me some idea wht to do.....plz its really urgent orelse my job will go...

I suspect it might help to put the function arguments in the right order -

...setStyle("background", "#EFEFEF")
