vertical scroll bar in multi header grid

Hi,
We have constructed multi header grid of which no. vary at run time.There is no date cells only headers exists. Now vertical scroll bar comes but that does not work.

Is there any way to get it.

This is related to previous.
Grid height is such that vertical scrool bar come but as the scroll bar moves the headers does not move.

Sorry, I don't understand - the vertical scrollbar should move data rows, but not header rows, correct?
