Grid not rendering under nested tables in IE

I have nested tables put together and a grid in one of those tables. In Firefox it renders fine, but in IE it does not even show headers, or any content. I guess I'm confused as where to place the "table-layout = fixed" as I've seen was the solution in other posts. Would it be in the immediate table that the grid is in, in the td element, or somewhere else?

I don't think this is related to tables - I believe most (all?) table-related problems are now fixed in AW 2.0.2. You should not use "table-layout = fixed" with 2.0.2 - that was a workaround for the earlier versions.
