Set focus on cell in grid

Hi,

How to set focus?
Tried obj.getCellTemplate(column,row).element().focus(), but not working!

Firefox 1.0 does not allow setting focus on arbitrary element (only to INPUT and other form tags).

Ok, how but just for IE? Is it possible to set focus in IE?
