setControlSize Not Expanding Header?

When setControlSize() is called on a grid object to make it wider, it seems that the header background is not expanded all the way to the width of the grid. It just stays the same as the original width. The rows are expanded correctly however.

I am assuming this would work the same as using a 100% width style?

Are you using strict doctype and the header background after the last column is always 100px ?
