Grid in a Grid scrollbar problem

Is there any solution to the bug:

"inserted grid seems to inherit scrollbar properties from the main grid"

There is a posted patch by Diego Vilar ( that seems to correct it in some situations ), but I did not check it.

Also Ozgur apply that patch in a sample with some "issues".
(pending for check too)
